FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT THERAPY
This programming is specific for those recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or needing exercises to specifically help prevent/avoid a suggested surgery.
FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT PHYSICAL TRAINING
We offer Functional Movement Physical Training to help you reach your optimal performance, delivering a unique kind of fitness experience.
SESSION OPTIONS
We offer our Functional Movement Therapy and Functional Movement Physical Training in different ways:
One-on-One In-Person Sessions
Our one-on-one sessions are designed for clients needing or preferring the full attention of a trainer delivering a program specifically tailored to you.
Semi-Private In-Person Sessions
Semi-Private training is when up to 4 people are working with one trainer during an hour session. Each person training is completing their own specific program tailored to them. This is a cost effective way to reach your goals while gaining the benefits of a group atmosphere for motivation and community building.
Small Group In-Person Classes
We offer small group classes from 5+ people working with a trainer in a circuit format of exercise. These classes are specific for clients who are strictly fitness-focused and not working through the Functional Movement Therapy tier.
One-on-One Virtual Sessions
Virtual sessions are for those who are not local to the St. Louis area. These are held via zoom where the client exercises out of his/her home.

All of our clients start with a 60-minute complimentary consultation to assess where they are, where they want to be, and the obstacles that must be overcome to get there. This includes a movement screening so that our highly skilled staff can assess the client’s functional movement baseline. From there, we design a program tailored to you.
